Chicken Tikka Masala

Traditionally cooked in a tandoor, chicken tikka masala is a meal made of marinated boneless chicken pieces that are then served in a mildly spiced tomato-cream sauce. It is a well-liked takeout meal in Britain and a standard dish on the menus of London's curry houses, particularly in the East End eateries along Brick Lane, sometimes known as "Curry Mile."
